1940 Martin 40 outboard motor 4.5hp. Purchased from a local (thanks to my friend Dan for me to turn on it). It was a good cleaning. He had no spark. Original coils. Clean points, and now is the fire. About 90 # psi compression. It 'started Seafoam injected into the cylinders. Go early and try to clean carbohydrates in the test tank. Fuel tank is very clean.
